Q. How long does it take to get my order?
A. We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12PM ET are processed the next business day). Orders typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days from when we process your order.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please note, once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
Q. Can items be shipped internationally?
A. No. At the moment we are only able to ship within the United States. Although, we are willing to make special accommodations, please contact innerworx@yahoo.com for further information.
Q. What is your return policy?

A. We do not claim that any of our products will bring money, love, or 'fix' everything or anything in your life. We do believe that when used with intention as you work on self-improvement, our products can be very beneficial. We kindly ask that you read the item description carefully.
